Created during my development as an educator, this artifact reflects both my academic growth and my commitment to professional excellence in lesson planning. The lesson required extensive preparation and thoughtful integration of multiple modes of engagement—including visual, auditory, and hands-on activities—to reach a variety of learning styles. Throughout the planning and implementation process, I applied research-based strategies and aligned my instruction with learning objectives and standards. When teaching the lesson, I observed high levels of student participation, interest, and comprehension, which affirmed the effectiveness of my approach.
